Hilltop Haven

Peaceful home just outside Pullman city limits-only 4 miles (9 min. drive) from WSU, and 20 min. from Moscow. Guests will have a separate entrance and private use of the entire daylight basement of our home (825 sq ft), including a mini-kitchen, full bathroom, living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a private patio with seating. The space We live upstairs with our teenagers and will do our very best to not disturb our guests. You might hear footsteps at times but we will be extremely mindful of our noise level (just like we would expect and appreciate from our guests). Beds: Two rooms with queen beds-#1: large room with locking door; Room #2 has a locking door, as well as a foosball table (also available for guest use). In addition, there is a sofa in the living room that will turn into a bed and will sleep one adult or two children. An air mattress and portable crib are available upon request. Living room: has a large TV, Roku, and game console that also acts as a DVD player. A full bathroom with amenities is down the hallway. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and toaster down the hall for quick-type meals. Coffee lovers may use the coffee maker or French press, or both! An electric kettle for making hot drinks, oatmeal, soups, etc. is also provided. The dining table has seating for four. Guest access Just outside the guest entrance is a private patio with seating where you can sip your hot drinks, read, and relax! We encourage guests to catch a sunset from the top of our hill in the very private shared yard-they’re spectacular! Deer and rabbits will likely be spotted on our property, with an occasional coyote or fox! Other things to note No smoking of any substance is permitted on our property. Pets are also not allowed due to allergies of family members. There are not any shared indoor spaces in the unit-all guest space is separate from host.
