The Earth Studio @ Billy Goat Hill

Billy Goat Hill is an independent rammed earth studio. It's traditionally constructed on an elevated plot affording stunning views over Bickley Valley and the rolling hills beyond. You will be staying amongst lush farmland and vineyards. For those wine lovers, just across the road is the award wining “Plume” winery and tapas restaurant. Located a mere 20 minutes from Perth international airport and within 30 minutes of the city you can truly enjoy country and city living in tandem! The space Billy Goat Hill is an independent rammed earth studio. It has a queen size bed, comfortable sitting area and in winter a cosy log fire. There is a separate exclusive use bathroom and an adjoining paved patio with beautiful views over the valley, horse paddocks and native bushland. Guest access Our guests are welcome to explore the 11 acres of natural forest and bushland. During your stay you will witness our bees working in the hive, discover native flora and fauna and passing wildlife. You will have full access to this and private parking. Other things to note The studio is self contained, has a stunning viewing terrace and is located 100 meters from the main house. Your privacy is assured with little passing traffic. Please note the Shower room and WC is located next door.
