Guest access This is an entire home for your use, meaning, no one else will be staying there, but you. You will have an entire main floor for your use, including: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 livingroom, kitchen and the laundry room in the basement. (All rooms for your use are pictured and added to the listing so you can see what to expect). DO NOT ENTER LOCKED ROOMS IN THE BASEMENT AS THEY ARE NOT PART OF THIS LISTING, INCLUDING THE GARAGE ON THE PROPERTY. Please look through the pictures to see what to expect. All rooms for your use are pictured. Thank you. Other things to note • Registered guests only. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property at any time. Undisclosed guests will result in a $50 per person fee and possible cancellation. • Visitors must be pre-approved. Visitors are allowed only with prior approval and must be disclosed in advance. • Daytime visits only. Approved visitors are permitted between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM only and may not stay overnight. • No unregistered overnight guests. Anyone staying overnight must be included on the reservation. Violations will result in a $50 per person fee or removal from the property. • No parties or events. Strictly enforced. Any gathering beyond registered guests will result in immediate termination of stay without refund and a $300 penalty fee. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors. Violations may result in removal from the property. • No smoking inside. Smoking indoors will result in a $100–$300 cleaning fee depending on severity. • No shoes inside / luggage policy. Shoes must be removed upon entry. Luggage must be carried inside—do not roll or drag suitcases on floors. Damage may result in additional charges. • Pets must be pre-approved. Unauthorized pets will result in a $50 fee plus any additional cleaning charges. • CHECK-OUT POLICY Check-out is strictly before 11:00 AM. Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance by the host. Approved late check-out fees: – Up to 30 minutes: $50 – 30–60 minutes: $100 – Over 1 hour: $150+ and may include an additional night charge if it impacts incoming guests Unapproved late check-out will result in automatic charges at the highest applicable rate. • Respect the home. Excessive mess, damage, or misuse of items (including towels, linens, and appliances) will result in additional cleaning or replacement charges billed at $50/hour. • Do not tamper with security devices. Exterior cameras are used for safety and occupancy verification. Covering or disabling them will result in immediate cancellation without refund. • Trash & recycling. Please dispose of waste properly: – Trash goes in the brown bin – Recycling goes in the blue bin Mixing trash and recycling or leaving excessive mess will result in additional cleaning charges billed at $50/hour. • Rule violations. Violation of house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
