A large heated pool of 42 m2 where you can relax with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the island of Krk. The sunset is magical, and you can experience it from the balcony or from the pool. The house is newly built and equipped in a very modern and high-quality way, located in the Kvarner Bay a few kilometers from the bridge to the island of Krk (airport) and the town of Crikvenica. Other things to note We would like to share an important piece of information with our dear guests: we have recently installed a heat pump to heat our large 42m² pool, ensuring you can enjoy swimming even when the outside temperature is a bit lower. In addition, we have also provided a cover that guests can place over the pool at night to help it retain heat! An important note for guests is that the heat pump cannot raise the temperature suddenly and quickly, which means that in the event of sudden drops in the outside temperature or strong winds, it cannot provide a temperature suitable for swimming, and the cover cannot be used due to gusts of wind. In other cases, even when the weather is stable, the heat pump operates and ensures a smooth increase in temperature.
