The space Queen size bed in both bedrooms. Smart TVs in both rooms. Beautiful views everywhere you look outside, including The Mountain and the port. Overall it’s a clean, very open, easy access space with plenty of room to relax on your days off and easy access to all of the things Tacoma has to offer. Guest access Key code entrance in the back of the house. Private parking is in the back of the house as well. Whole downstairs apartment and the yard. The upstairs unit is a monthly rental as well, and shares the laundry area but other than that, the space is separate. The laundry cabinets are labeled as “upstairs” and “downstairs” . The yard is shared by everyone as well with lots of space to enjoy the outside, if you like. Other things to note Me and my wife lived in the upstairs unit for for the first two-plus years that we owned this home and we really loved living in this area. I think you’ll enjoy it as well.
