Park View is located in a green area on the 6th floor with elevator, well served, ideal for short or longer stays. As soon as you enter the living room with balcony, sofa bed and large relaxation area with TV and dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and everything included in the CaseOspitali welcome kit. The decor is typical Italian, authentic and family friendly. From the hallway you access the bathroom with window equipped with sink, toilet, bidet, shower cabin and washing machine. From here you can access the first double bedroom, spacious and with a private terrace. The second bedroom has 3 single beds, a private bathroom and a large desk comfortable for smart working. The apartment is conveniently accessible by car, and you can always park on nearby streets. The spaces in Park View have been optimized for a pleasant stay, without sacrificing anything, in fact, there is also a closet wardrobe and a shoe rack for those staying for a longer period. Free high speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning complete the offer. Being on the sixth floor, the apartment is very bright and enjoys a nice view of the large park below, a green lung equipped with modern games for children. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email showing a link to execute it by entering the data of all guests. For the main guest, the photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required. The signing of the tourist rental CONTRACT and the possible payment OF the ACCOMMODATION TAX WILL be required. Online check-in must be at least 3 days before arrival, except for last minute reservations. The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as required by Law No.27 of 10/1/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes related to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
