Guest access You will have access to the SHARED outdoor entertainment patio, pool area, and rooftop deck in addition to your private unit. There is no elevator access to the rooftop deck. The main house is OFF LIMITS. Other things to note *Homeowner and family lives on-site. There are no other units or guests to share the shared spaces with beside the homeowner and family. **NO PETS/animals of any kind. NO DISHWASHER. NO WASHER/DRYER. ***You will receive ONE overnight street parking permit upon check-in which must be returned at the conclusion of your stay to avoid a $100 replacement fee. ****Please allow the hot water to run in your unit for 1-2 minutes before warming.
