**21 + AGE LIMIT!! ** Unwind and recharge in the Key Lime Room! This room is so adorable and perfect for a couple's retreat - it sports a king bed and a private bathroom with shower. Parking is available for free, first come first serve, on property. Guests can enjoy our stunning gardens and multiple outdoor sitting areas surrounded by lush greenery. Kick your feet up on the shared porch, take a dip in the plunge pool, and enjoy our daily hot cooked breakfast and happy hour. The space Surround yourself with the casual elegance and style of a more relaxed age at The Mermaid & The Alligator, an intimate adults-only bed and breakfast with nine unique rooms in a Victorian Home tucked away in the heart of Old Town Key West, Florida. After a day of island adventures, come home and relax in The Mermaid & The Alligator gardens where lush foliage, beautiful tropical flowers, and exotic birds surround you. Enjoy an afternoon nap in our oversized hammock or one of our comfy chaise loungers. On hot days, cool off with a dip in our plunge pool. We have a shared **mini fridge** for all 9 rooms, a Keurig coffee maker, and microwave for guest use. There is 1 TV in our living room, but none in the rooms. Feel free to use our plates/dishes/silverware as well. We serve a daily breakfast with a hot cooked option along with a light breakfast buffet. Our daily happy hour is from 4-5pm and we serve red/white wine and casual snacks. Guest access Guests can access the whole property with the exception of other rooms. There are front and back gardens, a plunge pool, shaded and unshaded sitting areas, and a private cabana for massages. Need to cool off? Hang out in our living room and dining room if you need a break from the sunshine.
