Courtyard Cottage - Close to Town and Beaches

A spacious house, tucked away in a peaceful courtyard setting, yet located in Central Bournemouth, walking distance to local Restaurants, Bars & the Beach! The house is situated between the ever popular Westbourne & the triangle with the main high street of central Bournemouth just a short walk away. Bournemouth Beach & the many beautiful Chine beaches are also just a 15 min walk away! The house sleeps six via a king bed, double bed and sofa bed in the lounge, plus benefits from a garden area The space The house is in a private courtyard with parking just outside the front door. There is a spacious lounge diner, with sofa bed, and a dining table that seats six. Stairs lead from the lounge to two upstairs bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have a king bed and the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The kitchen is separate to the living room and is fully equipped for any length of stay with a full sized 50/50 fridge freezer and a washing machine too. A back door leads out to the private outdoor gravelled garden which is fully fenced in and dog proof! We welcome families with one dog but politely ask that dogs are kept downstairs. We are unable to accommodate groups who may be a noise disturbance to the residential neighbours this also includes no stag / hen parties.
