The space Three bedrooms downstairs, all with an ocean view. These comprise an en-suite room with queen-sized bed, a room with two single beds (& access to its own bathroom) and a room with a queen size bed (& access to its own bathroom). Downstairs also has an open plan kitchen (with scullery), a living area opening onto a covered outside patio overlooking the ocean, a pub with ocean view, a separate lounge with braai protected from the Easterly, and a study with two bunk beds. Upstairs sports a games room with pool table and two bunk beds opening onto a balcony with a spectacular ocean view. The games room leads into a non-ocean viewing en-suite bedroom with queen-sized bed. House also comes with a small ocean view pool, garden and double automated garage with ample driveway parking.
