Nestled at the bottom of a private road and ideally located in the heart of a triangle Lourdes (12 km), Tarbes (10 km) and Bagnères de Bigorre (17 km), our house has just been completely renovated and offers you 143 m2 of surface area. All amenities are 5 km away: supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, doctor, dry cleaner. The space The house comprises: On the ground floor: - 1 large living room with foosball - 1 dining kitchen - 1 WC Upstairs: - 1 bathroom with toilet - 4 bedrooms ( 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 Single beds) Outside, - an unheated swimming pool ( 4'5 M/ 8M). - BBQ - a terrace with garden table - a trampoline - a swing - a ping-pong table - a large space to park your vehicles. Pool exclusively for guests and accessible from June to September depending on weather conditions. Secure parking House under video surveillance.. a camera is present at garage level. Guest access Highway access: 15 minutes Other things to note The number of guests listed on the reservation must be respected. We are insured for this number. Any additional guests should be subject to a reservation change. Parties, pets and electric vehicle charging are not allowed. We have chosen not to take a cleaning fee. The house must be returned in the same condition as on your arrival. If not, a dispute with photos will be made with the site. I provide all bedding but you have to bring your towels. We provide basic products (toilet paper, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, etc.) for the beginning of your stay, you have a supermarket in the next village if you need to restock.
