"The Train House"

Traditional Asturian mansion completely renovated and lovingly decorated Located in the municipality of Llanes, one kilometer from the coast in a privileged natural environment. Guadamia beach is just 1.5 km away and the famous Bufones de Pria 2 km. Within a 10/15 minute drive you can enjoy more than 20 beaches, each one more beautiful. The space The house can accommodate 10 guests and is distributed on two floors. All bedrooms have a modern bathroom. On the first floor you can enjoy a spacious, open-plan space, where you will find a large living room, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to a common bathroom and a room with 2 single beds. On the second floor we have three large bedrooms, two of them double and one quadruple (a double bed and a sofa bed also double). You will have a large property, with tables, umbrella, swing, barbecue... completely enclosed with a stone wall to enjoy with your loved ones, and a private parking lot for several cars.
