The department has: -A one-burner induction grill so you can cook during your stay. -Smart TV only, it does NOT have a cable system. -Air-conditioning. -Free street parking. -Private transportation recommendations from the airport (Extra cost). -The apartment has a small private balcony. -You can use the terrace located on the top floor. -Rooftop and pool are shared. Guest access We know that Cancun is a very hot place, that is why we wanted to create a beautiful space so you can enjoy a cool sunset. The common area is located on the top floor. There you will find chairs and a pool with a view of the city. This area is shared with the rest of the guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT POINTS: -After 8:00pm no unregistered guest should be on the premises. -DO NOT YELL in hallways. -You cannot smoke inside the apartments. -The hours of public areas are: 09:00am to 09:00pm. -There will be extra charges for any lost or broken items, damaged towels and sheets. -No change of dates can be made at least 15 days before the arrival date. -You can request a late check out or early check (EXTRA COST PER HOUR), as long as there is availability. -The area is safe, but as in any city it is important not to leave important or flashy things inside the car. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to the car parked outside the building.
