The space The apartment has a large room equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, space to work, and air conditioning; a bathroom and an air-conditioned area where you will find a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. In case more room is required for a guest room, we provide a mat and bedding for the same. It is on a second floor with private access, right next to another apartment that is also rented for guests. Our accommodation is located on a central and busy avenue, ideal for those looking to be close to everything the city has to offer. Although we've invested in noise-resistant windows and provide earplugs to ensure a comfortable stay, the avenue may have some noise, especially during rush hour. We believe that the location and amenities of the place offer a unique experience, but if you're especially sensitive to noise when sleeping, we recommend considering this information when making your reservation. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment with a private bathroom. The balcony adjoins the balcony of the apartment next door. The entrance is independent. Parking is right on the street above the apartment. Other things to note It is located near Plaza Patio where you can find clothing stores, electronics, restaurants and a movie theater. You can find several supermarkets such as Chedraui, Soriana and La Comer in the area. Also within walking distance you can find different doctors, laboratories and hospitals. Nearby you can find different options of restaurants and fast food chains. As for public transport, you can find different options within walking distance and also, within a 10-minute walk, you can access the stop for 'La ruta del desierto' that for approx. $85 pesos takes you to the airport.
