2-room apartment with parking near Zurich

Dear guests, Our accommodation is a 2-room apartment in our detached house in rural surroundings with private entrance and parking. It can accommodate 2 guests and is located at the gates of the city of Zurich (30 minutes to Zurich-HB, Airport 30 min train, 20 min by car). For recreation, the Katzensee nature reserve is nearby. For your information, we have already switched to the new Airbnb fee schedule. The guest is exempt from the fees, and they will be charged to the host. The space The accommodation has a kitchenette. It has dishes and cooking utensils. There is a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and an induction cooktop with 2 cooking zones. We don't have an oven or a dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the bathroom. In front of the accommodation, there is a small seating area with two chairs and a table. Other things to note As hosts at our place of residence, we are obliged to carry out a guest check and to provide this data to the authorities for the purpose of establishing identity. That is why we need the identification details (passport, ID or national identity card) in each case. We require the ID details in the form of a photo before arrival.
