House of Montmorency

The Maison de Montmorency dates back to the 16th century. Classified as a historic monument, it is located at the foot of the City of Carcassonne. With an area of 350 m2, completely restored from 2009 to 2016, it offers an equipped kitchen, spacious living areas suitable for families where old and remarkable architectural elements (fireplaces, stained glass windows, etc.) rub shoulders with contemporary furniture. The 900 m2 garden offers a swimming pool, summer kitchen, private parking for 3 cars with electric charging station.
