AM - 07:00 am - 12:00 pm 2. PM - 02:00 pm - 07:00 pm - The payment of the pool is per shift and is only paid in the pool booth and not to us. - Everyone who will use the pool should wear proper attire and a visitor pass is needed to buy a swimming band. - A visitor's pass will only be issued to registered guests. *** Wave and kiddie pool will be closed from AUGUST 1 to SEPTEMBER 2, 2024 due to maintenance - Strictly no visitor's allowed. You must pay for every guest that will enter the unit. - Changing of registered guest is only allowed once. If you will need to change more than one time, there is an additional fee of 300 php per change. For every change that we will be done, the guest must surrender the visitor's pass so we can update the reservation. After the change is approved you will be issues with a new visitor's pass. - Please also know that we are collecting a minimum of 1500 PHP security deposit per stay and it is refundable if there's nothing damaged in the unit or if there is no outstanding balance. - The door has a smart door lock that locks automatically within 5 seconds, please do not tamper with the door's button inside the unit to avoid any penalties. The door codes that we set will not work anymore if the door will be tampered with. - Smoking is allowed ONLY in the balcony area, and you must always leave the balcony doors closed. Do not smoke inside the bathroom.
