The space Our house is an 1899 Mariner’s Rowhouse that has certainly experienced the history of the neighborhood: the New York Times reports the Doctor that lived here in 1928 treated a bite by “a dog with red eyes” - newsworthy! The original brick and arched molding façade “benefited” from the vinyl siding craze that swept the neighborhood in the 1950’s propagated by two enterprising brothers preaching modernity.
