The space The property is located in a very central and quiet building with exterior windows overlooking Calle San Bernardo, just one block from Gran Vía. The building does not have an elevator, but access via the stairs is very comfortable, and access is completely secure and autonomous with a convenient keyless entry system. Located in the heart of one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid, the property places guests close to fashion, urban culture, shops, cafés, theaters, and a wide gastronomic offer, as well as major landmarks such as Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Plaza España, Puerta del Sol, and the Royal Palace. Santo Domingo Metro is just 100 meters away, and Noviciado and Plaza de España stations, along with several nearby bus stops, provide easy connections throughout the city. Once the reservation is made and before arrival, guests will need to complete online check-in by registering their data for the required control process.
