Black Forest Apartment

Spacious, quiet apartment with a lovely view over surounding nature and the Black Forest. The location is great for hikers, cyclists and cross-country skiing. Enjoy relaxing time off in this comfortable flat. Hiking and cross-county skiing trails start near the accommodation. Free parking spaces are in front of the main entrance. The space An elevator takes you to the top floor (level D). The living room is set up with a large table, that can also be used for work. There is a cosy sofa as well es a comfortable chair. There are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, 2 x 100 cm x 200 cm, the second bedroom has 2 seperate beds, 90 cm x 190 cm, each. The bathroom is set up with 2 basins and a tub/shower. There is also a separate guest WC. The kitchen is new and equipped with everything required to prepare breakfast and simple meals. Guest access In front of the buidling you find free parking spaces. In the basement of the budiling ( level K in the elevator) there is a communally used laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A washing cycle or dryer load are charged at 2 x € 0.50 , each. On the same level you find garbage bins. Kindly adhere to the required garbage separation. Other things to note Well marked hiking trails to different locations start all around the accommodation. Amongst the most popular destinations is the Elbachsee viewing platform or a hike to the Sankenbach waterfalls. In winter make use of the well prepared cross-country skiing trail nearby. You can rent equipment and shoes near the skiing center nearby. During the summer months the cosy public forest swimming pool is open. It is a 10 minute walk from your accommodation.
