A cozy home that is suitable for large groups of family and friends who would like a spacious and relaxing environment. The house has a front view lookout to Maribyrnong river and a side glimpse of Melbourne high rise city building. The house is close to green park and playground that would be perfect for a day picnic and BBQ. Along the Maribyrnong river is a long trail biking and walking track. The space The house has 6 bedrooms. Room 1 (upstairs): 1 Queen bed and 1 Single bed with installed split system (air conditioner/heater) Room 2 (upstairs): 2 Double beds with installed split system (air conditioner/heater) Room 3 (downstairs): 1 Queen bed with installed split system (air conditioner/heater) Room 4 (downstairs or access via garage): 1 Queen bed with ensuite bathroom Room 5 (downstairs or access via garage): 1 Queen bed Room 6 (detached back room): 2 Single beds with installed split system (air conditioner/heater). NOTE: Room 4 and 5 are beside each other with no separating door, they can be accessed via a door in Room 3. Quilt, bed linen and pillows are all provided. There are 3 bathrooms with standing glass shower-head. Bath towels will also be provided based on the number of guests confirmed in booking. The kitchen has a beautiful front lookout to the Maribyrnong river making cooking more enjoyable. There is a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove and oven as well as basic utensils and kitchenwares. A laundry area with washing and drying machine provided for guests to use. For guests who are travelling with vehicles, they may park up to 2 in the drive way. Please keep in mind parking will be on a slope. The accomodation is approximately: •5 minutes walk to Highpoint Shopping Centre •7 minutes walk to tram/bus stops that will take you directly to Melbourne CBD. •20 minutes drive to Melbourne City •30 minutes drive to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport Guest access Guests will have the ENTIRE accomodation to themselves. Other things to note We are strict in number of guest checking-in to be matched with number of guests booked. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking.
