Rumtek is a peaceful residential area. It is conveniently located away from the traffic and crowds of the city - close to nature. Rumtek Monastery is about 15 minutes by car or you can trek during the day. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. My place is about 30 minutes from Gangtok city. Shared cab is available to travel to Gangtok. The space Our rooms are cozy yet spacious and comfortable. Each room has large windows to help bring fresh air and sunlight. Other things to note There is a restaurant on the ground floor to satisfy our guests with authentic regional cooking.
