It offers a 7 gas burner range with 3 ovens and slow cooker oven.American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. There's a large dining bar with six stools. A highchair is provided. There's plenty of storage throughout the property. A utility room containing a washing machine and dryer which leads to a wet-room. Enjoy and relax in the spacious conservatory with a roof vent and triple sliding patio doors which can be fully open to the suntrap patio, surrounded by exotic plants in a secluded oasis.The garden fountain and lights create a theatrical backdrop with dramatic shadows and an atmospheric glow ensuring your outside space remains warm and welcoming even after the sun has set.Relax with a glass of wine in the warm conservatory and watch as bats fly at dusk. Entertain using the undercover BBQ and pizza oven to make the most of this beautiful garden. This area can be used to store surfboards. There are hooks to hang wetsuits to dry. There is also an outdoor dining area on the large patio area. and two sunloungers to relax.A gate with sliding lock to keep toddlers off the steps of the multi-level garden can be hooked open. The garden is fully enclosed with a secure side gate. The larger than average romantic master suite has wow factor with an overall appearance of being luxurious and exclusive. A large twin bedroom with dual aspect windows fitted with shutters also overlooks the rear garden. It's a beautiful bright and sunny room with a wardrobe at the far end, and a desk. The double bedroom overlooks the distant church and countryside at the front. There is a large full length mirrored wardrobe and a dressing table.Top quality bedding and towels are supplied to all bedrooms (1 bath and hand towel per person). The main walk-in shower room is on the landing with lots of storage space. Overhead shower and separate hand attachment.A baby/toddler bath is provided. The wet room downstairs gets the sun and is the ideal room to use the toddler bath, as there is plenty of space. A travel cot is also provided upon request. Max 6 guests with no baby as extra!Please bring own cot bedding In two bedrooms (twin and front double) the wardrobes fit the whole length of the wall and I have discreetly locked a section in each room for my own use - leaving more than adequate space. I will be living in the side extension with exterior thickness walls with my own private side entrance. I will water the garden when you’re out and will respect your privacy. I have no windows to the rear /side garden. I’m discreetly out of sight , but always in reach for queries and recommendations.
