Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account. ➞ We require a signature of our company Ts and Cs and also a fully refundable security deposit. ➞ Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. ➞ No smoking and No vaping inside the property - £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit. ➞ No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. ➞ No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit.
