Silver Birch Studio

Silver Birch Studio is perfect for an overnight or weekend stay in the Southern Highlands for up to 2 adults. This self contained studio has an en-suite, small kitchenette and a deck overlooking the garden. The peaceful location is less than three minutes drive to Mittagong town, which offers a number of great restaurants and cafes. Mittagong is also close to Bowral, Moss Vale and historic Berrima which all offer a variety of markets, art galleries and local wineries. The space The self conatained studio has its own entrance. Parking available in front of property on the grass verge. Enter through the driveway gate (on the right hand side as you face property). Walk through the carport and small gate to the studio. Lights will come on automatically at night. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric frypan, toaster, tea making and pod coffee machine. Windows and doors are security screened so you can leave windows open to enjoy the country air! Otherwise air conditioner, ceiling fan and small heater are available for your use. There is a smart TV with access to free to air TV via APPS. Guest access The studio is situated in the backyard of the property. The studio has a verandah overlooking the shared garden.
