Guesthouse in Miami

Unwind in our cute casita Miami guesthouse, with your own private entrance! Just 25 minutes from downtown, we are close enough to Miami Beach and the vibrant culture of the city, while being nestled in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxation. Our thoughtfully decorated space includes a queen bed, full size futon couch, full bathroom, and kitchenette. This studio easily sleeps 3, but could work for 4 with 2 small adults or children. Bienvenidos a Miami and enjoy our casita! The space The Casita is a Studio built in the back of our home. It offers privacy because the back yard is fenced from the house. You will have your own private gate and door. It is fenced off from the home so you will have a lot of privacy. NOTE: Parking (very important) Please park in the right side of the asphalt driveway, or in the gravel area next to the asphalt driveway; the gravel area is in front of a white gate. Do not park in the neighboor's driveway or on THEIR gravel areas. If you do not know where to park, please message me. The neighboorhood is a suburban area with easy access to the highways. It offers an efficient space with a queen bed and full sofabed. If you have more than one guest, or children, remember that it is an Studio and they will share the same sleeping quarters with you. We do NOT allow SMOKING on the property. A fine of $200 will be charged for smoking on the premises. No parties (it is in a quiet neighboorhood). We are a quiet neighborhood with families and children. No Drugs allowed. A fine of $250 will be assesed if marihuana is smoked in the premises or in the yard. There is a Publix Supermarket nearby that it may not show in your maps. It is within walking distance. . Everything is close by, Restaurants coffee shops and shopping. We hope you enjoy your stay in our minimalist Casita! Guest access You can use the entire space including a small patio that can be accessed from the slider glass door. The casita is a small, separate Studio space behind our house. There a queen bed and a sofa futon in the same room. There is no separate bedroom. There is a kitchenette with full refrigerator, hot plate for cooking microwave and toaster oven. The Casita has a bed and the sofa futon converts to a full size bed. The patio has chairs and a small table . Other things to note South Florida has a tropical climate. It is usually hot and humid. Bugs, snakes, birds, flies, lizards, and other critters live here. Hopefully NONE of these will be in the Casita : ) If you find unwanted guests sharing the space with you, please let me know immediately. Please respect the neighboors. This is a quiet neighborhood and we are all very quiet and peaceful people. Please NO SMOKING on the premises. You may take a walk around the neighborhood and smoke / vape there. No illegal drug use allowed. A $250 fee will be asssed for smoking marihuana or any other illegal drugs on the premises or in the yard. Registration Details U2023005722
