Cozy little Studio | with Ambiance near Lake

Sit back and relax in our beautiful and cozy *Bijou Studio* in Faulensee after a great day in the Bernese Oberland. The space In our cozy *Bijou Studio* you will find everything you need for a relaxing short stay. The studio apartment offers space for max. 2 adults. The studio consists of a sleeping area with a double bed (160x200), a living room with a comfortable sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A coffee machine (Nespresso) and a kettle are also at your disposal. From the apartment you have a view into the courtyard, to the parking lot and to the shared terrace (no lake view). However, only after a few short steps you are directly at the lake and can enjoy the wonderful view. By the window to the bijou is the main entrance. But we have curtains and blinds that prevent a view into the apartment. :) There is a fan and also an air purifier in the apartment so that you always have fresh and clean air when you don't want to leave the window open. The Bijou is only accessible via an outside and a little inside staircase. The terrace with a table, comfortable chairs and a parasol may be used in summer. PARKING: An outdoor parking space (included in the price) is available in front of the house. BUS STOP: The next bus stop is 3 minutes away, the bus leaves every hour during the day. LAKE: You can reach the lake after a few steps across the road. At the private part of the lake you can spend pleasant hours. 🚿 IMPORTANT – BATHROOM USE: Please do not spray water outside the shower area. Our bathrooms are not built for floor-level water use. Do not install hoses or use the hand shower outside the cabin. Any water leakage must be wiped immediately to avoid damage. 💧 Please note: damages caused by improper use (e.g. flooding, water damage to floors or furniture) will be fully charged to the guest. Guest access You have the apartment on the 1st floor as well as a terrace for shared use. :) Other things to note ** GOOD TO KNOW ** ** Unfortunately, we cannot make a washing machine available. ** The apartment does not have air conditioning. However, a fan is available for hot days so you can make it as comfortable as possible. Since the apartment only has windows on one side, we have also installed an air purifier – for a good indoor climate in every season. ** Bathroom use🚿 notice Please make sure that no water gets on the floor outside the shower area. Our bathrooms are not designed for water to run across the floor. Do not install your own hoses or attachments – this is not allowed and will automatically result in the guest being charged for any damage. If water spills, please wipe it up immediately to avoid damage. Note: Damage caused by improper use (e.g. flooding, water damage to the floor or furniture, as well as unauthorized installations) will be charged to you in full. ** 🐞 Note on insects – nature included 💚 Our apartments are located in some of the most beautiful natural regions of Switzerland – by the lake, in the mountains or surrounded by lots of greenery. With this special location, it can happen from time to time that small visitors from nature show up. ☀️ Despite thorough and regular cleaning, insects such as mosquitoes, spiders or beetles can get into the apartment – especially in summer or when windows are open. For your comfort, we provide insect spray and, where possible, fly screens. Please note: this is not a sign of lack of cleanliness, but simply part of it when you have nature right outside the door. 🌿 If you love nature, you will feel comfortable with us.
