Atomic Silver is a beautifully restored 1958 Silver Streak Clipper, nestled in amongst her Airstream cousins at MoonStream Vintage Campground, just 3 miles up Cottonwood Pass from downtown Buena Vista. Completely renovated to boast modern comforts without losing her Atomic Age energy, Atomic Silver is ready to welcome you back to the Golden Age of travel trailers. The space Polished and refurbished, Atomic Silver is a 23' Silver Streak Clipper from 1958. Be forewarned: it is a small space, with only a double bed. In the front of the trailer is a dinette, adjacent to a kitchen with a decently-sized refrigerator/freezer, a 2-burner induction cooktop, and a 2-compartment sink. Mid-coach is a pair of mid-century lounge chairs and a sofa that converts to a full bed. Aft is a newly-built bathroom with a small shower, sink, and flush toilet. Guest access All yours is the trailer and its campsite - which enjoys beautiful views of Mt. Princeton, Sheep Mountain, and Mt. Columbia, and includes parking for two (stacked) vehicles, a picnic table, a fire pit, and a pair of Adirondack chairs. You'll also have access (via a roughly 100-yard walking path) to MoonStream Vintage Campground's spacious park area along Cottonwood Creek, where there is a fire pit, propane grill, hammocks, and plenty of fun nooks for hanging out or relaxing. Other things to note Atomic Silver is a small space and not suitable for more than a couple or a single person. To make your stay easier, we will have the convertible sofa made up as a bed for your arrival. We're happy to show you how to convert the bed back to a sofa and vice-versa - just message us prior to or during your stay. You may see from the photos that the dinette can technically convert to a bed as well, but we actually prefer guests not use it as such - we have been told it’s terribly uncomfortable, and it’s also difficult to make the conversion.
