Other things to note Summer: During summer months when temps are triple digits, our AC unit is set to 74. The temperature can be dropped in the evening if needed. This allows the unit to cool the home without putting strain on the unit. The unit physically could not keep up with the demand. If you have questions before your stay please let us know. Pool: The pool company comes weekly every for 30 minutes to ensure your pool experience is in top condition. Please insure to leave the pool skimmer in the pool at all times due to it running on scheduled times. When no longer utilizing the pool please make sure to close the umbrellas.
