A much-loved 4/5 bedroom family home with a fantastic kitchen/living/dining area for entertainment located in the beautiful village of Bathampton, just 1.5 miles from the centre of Bath. This renovated bungalow is now spread over 3 floors with a great garden space and off-street parking for 3 cars. Flexible accommodation makes this a perfect stay for families/large groups. The space This is our family home which is available when we’re away. Fully equipped with all the home comforts including toys, games (indoor and outdoor), books etc. It has a homely feel with personal objects/photographs etc, but we do clear drawer and wardrobe spaces for our guests. The house is a converted bungalow over 3 floors. On the ground floor (original bungalow level), there is a single bedroom with ensuite shower room. Opposite, is a family/games room equipped with SKY TV, this room can also act as the 5th bedroom if required with a comfortable double sofa bed. We then head into the large open plan area comprising of lounge with log burner, TV again including SKY, with SONOS surround sound. The kitchen and dining areas are also able to benefit from the SONOS sound system. There are large bi-fold doors which lead onto a same level patio area to complete the most wonderful entertaining area. Outside, there is then a second patio area and large secure garden with BBQ, outdoor seating and dining, trampoline, and other outdoor games (including, a football goal net, tennis net, cricket equipment if needed). On the 1st floor there is the double bedroom with SONOS system, linked family bathroom and walk in wardrobe. On the lower ground level, there are two further bedrooms (1 x single, 1 x double) both with ensuite shower rooms and SONOS systems. There is also a utility room with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a separate toilet room on this level. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and garden which is also our home, so please look after it. Drawer and wardrobe space will be cleared for you.
