It stands on high ground overlooking The Brockey Valley in its 10 acres of landscaped gardens and private woodland, tucked in amongst trees and babbling streams, with the wilds of Exmoor rising above it. The light-filled rooms are all recently decorated. Downstairs there is a family kitchen, a large dining-room, a living room, a cloakroom, a WC and the library/extra living room! Upstairs are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bordered by a stream, the grounds are a beautiful feature of Nutsford House. You are welcome to explore as you please the ten acre site. Keen gardeners will enjoy some of the unusual shrubs and specimen trees, and the private woodland is home to many varieties of native flora and fauna, including swathes of snowdrops in spring, orchids in summer and interesting fungi in autumn.
