Step outside onto our back patio and find an outdoor BBQ grill, dining table and chairs and a fire pit with seating for six. You'll also find a washer and dryer located on the first floor with all the supplies needed to use them. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom suite with a king bed, smart TV, and large walk-in closet. The en suite features a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower and double sinks. A loft with a futon that converts to a XL twin bed provides extra sleeping space. Additionally, a dedicated workspace is also located in the loft area. If you’re coming to Lake City to play outdoors, the driveway offers perfect street to alley access making it easy to get in and out with your trailered vehicles. This is a completely hypoallergenic home and each mattress and pillow are encased for your protection. Our home is immaculately cleaned and disinfected using CDC guidelines (ALL bedding is washed after each stay!).
