The 81 m2 tourist apartment occupies the east wing of the house, is independent of the rest of the house and has a 400 m2 property with fruit trees for the exclusive use of guests. Upstairs, loft style, is the master bedroom and a fully-equipped bathroom. Downstairs is the second bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed, equipped kitchen-dining room, a living room with TV and wood-burning fireplace, and a terrace with table, barbecue and sun loungers. On the farm there is a small house (the granary) for children to play. There is a laundry space common to both homes. In addition to its proximity to Santiago, the property offers evenings of absolute and magical silence, with the river in the distance, interrupted only by birds or the breeze rustling the leaves.
