Country house on the outskirts of Santiago

The house is located in a village in the center of Galicia and lends itself to day trips, to see the beaches of the Ría de Arousa or Muros y Noia, or to hike along the Ulla River. Ideal for a couple or family with children looking for a break in nature or active tourism in Galicia. The space This large farmhouse is divided into two dwellings. The 81 m2 tourist apartment occupies the east wing of the house. It is independent of the rest of the house and has a 400 m2 property with fruit trees exclusively for guests. Upstairs, in loft style, is the main room and a fully equipped bathroom. Downstairs is the second bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room that invites you to cook, a living room with a TV and wood-burning fireplace, and a terrace with a table, barbecue and lounge chairs. On the property there is a small house (the granary) for children to play in. There is a small laundry space shared by both dwellings. In addition to its proximity to Santiago, the property offers afternoons of absolute and magical silence, with the river in the distance, interrupted only by birds or the breeze stirring the leaves.
