Broadway House is located in one of the four Historic Districts surrounding the Historic Downtown Square. It is located in the Founder’s Way North District. It is a 2 block walk to the square from Broadway House. Medina is located approximately 30 minutes from Lake Erie and Downtown Cleveland! Free On Site Parking is available behind the house. The Majority of the main attractions in this area are within walking distance from the house. POOL: There is no pool on the property. There is a Seasonal, Public Pool at Memorial Park in Medina and Daily Passes are available for purchase. It is open for the season starting May 1st and is a 10 minute walk and 2 minute drive for our guests. We have a SOLO Fire Pit now on the patio. The Fire Pit was graciously gifted to Broadway House by our previous guests, the Maine Family! A picture of the Fire Pit is included in the Gallery, and instructions for Use and Safety are provided on the patio (located inside the Firewood Bin), and in the Picture Gallery. Please be sure to always operate the SOLO with the “Heat Shield” in place! We have also set up a Fire Extinguisher on the patio for Safety!! Firewood is not provided. We recommend using smaller pieces of cut wood, as they fit the size of the SOLO better. Thank you for your support. GRILL: Please bring Natural Wood Briquettes if you plan to use the Outdoor Red Egg Grill. Sometimes guests leave some behind. However, it is not guaranteed. SMOKING: This is a No Smoking/No Vaping Home. PETS: There are no pets allowed on the premises. If we find a guest has brought a pet, a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. Regardless of the reason for bringing the pet. LAWNCARE: Mowing is scheduled with a mowing company weekly during heavy growing season and bi-weekly during slower growing seasons. Mowing team arrives during week days as weather permits and takes approximately 25 minutes to complete.
