This could include deer, skunks, raccoons, ducks, mice, spiders, wasps, bees, crickets, black flies or ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We Cannot control Mother Nature and therefore do not offer refunds if you encounter her business. This is a pet friendly property so no poisons, toxins, glue traps allowed. Dock and outdoor amenities such as kayaks and paddleboards are only out in the months of May 1st - Oct 31st weather depending of course
