No expense was spared in its recent renovation with high quality designer gourmet kitchen equipped with European appliances, wood lined ceilings, and delightfully designed features throughout the home to ensure a comfortable stay. The full sized kitchen offers Miele gas cooking, full sized oven plus a microwave/convection oven, fridge, coffee pod machine, stove top and all your cookware essentials for a night-in for up to 4 people in the formal dining room or eat alfresco in the courtyard. For entertainment enjoy free wi-fi and a smart TV for streaming your own Netflix or streaming account. The bedrooms both have brand new AH Beard mattresses with a medium to firm feel with premium support. Ive had previous guests say it's the best sleep they have ever had (and have purchased a brand new mattress from me delivered from the Australian factory to their home for well below cost). Note that only the main bedroom has airconditioning. But both do have very effective ceiling fans. Stepping outside you are immediately immersed in a suburb renowned for its village atmosphere. Historic houses and a nearby shopping strip has been preserved making Erskineville a popular suburb for a creative community, families and people who enjoy live entertainment and living close to renowned restaurants, famous pubs and great coffee. Note : this room has a louvered glass wall that overlooks the dining area. It has a roller blind. NOTE FOR BOTH BEDROOMS BOTH bedrooms have small windows that aren’t covered with blinds. With neighbours in close proximity this is not accommodation for people looking to party into the night. This is strictly not a home for gatherings . For insurance purposes only registered guests are to be in the home (unless by prior arrangement). Quiet hours for outdoors are 9pm-8am. Guests that break noise/extra guests rules will unfortunately have their booking cancelled immediately without a refund. 2. The home is not suitable for children or guests with mobility limitations due to the bedrooms being upstairs and bathroom downstairs. 3. There is no parking on the premises. There is street parking but can be challenging on Saturday evenings but you will find a spot within 5 minute walk of the home. Please note that while it is free in some spots it may be timed. With transport so close you wont need a car. :-) 4. The second bedroom has louvered windows with a blind that overlook the dining area so doesn't offer the full noise privacy a standard walled bedroom has. Note that this bedroom doesn’t have an airconditioning unit but has an effective ceiling fan. 5. The home is very compact. Photos may make the rooms look bigger than in reality. 6. There is a security camera facing the street. It is motion operated. 7. No illegal activities will be tolerated. 8. Please also note that while there are no pets on the premises for your visit there has been pets in the premisis previously so may not be suitable for people with allergies.
