Recent upgrades include full house heating and air-conditioning, making this a comfortable home to stay in during the summer or winter! The home also recently received an exterior paint job in 2022, to be finished in the spring of 2023. Located in historic McCloud, this old mill home, near scenic Mt Shasta is ideally situated to enjoy all that the Shasta Cascade Region has to offer. The home is perfect for large families or groups of friends. Toad Hollow is fully furnished and sleeps eight in comfy beds. INSIDE: The downstairs bedroom has one queen size bed, the three upstairs bedrooms have four twin beds and one king. Guest access The entire house is for guest usage other than the locked storage closet. Other things to note - We can allow up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee. No cats or other animals allowed.
