This 3,700-square-foot craftsman home retains its 1920s charm while offering modern amenities such as an electric vehicle charging station in the garage so you can charge your vehicle from the comfort of your vacation home. With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a delightful outdoor living space, The Pearl of Newberg hosts up to nine guests and their four-legged family members—perfect for your wine-country vacation. Up the original brick steps, the spacious front porch welcomes you with a perfect outdoor space to enjoy Oregon’s summer nights. We won’t blame you if you want to spend your entire trip on the porch swing with a glass of wine in hand! The Pearl’s main floor blends historic charm with cozy, modern touches. The living room features ample seating, a fireplace, and grand windows with plenty of natural light for a cozy night in. Explore a little further, and you might discover The Pearl’s classic, upright piano and wooden sets of classic board games for the entire family to enjoy. At the end of your days, gather under the elegant formal dining room’s crystal chandelier with seating for up to 10 guests. Or enjoy a more casual meal in the recently-renovated kitchen. Complete with stainless steel appliances, new cookware, and a Dacor professional gas stove, the kitchen and cozy breakfast nook are well-stocked with high-end glassware and dinnerware. The Pearl of Newberg also does weekend casual incredibly well. Host your perfect family movie night in the den with a 50-inch flat screen television and comfy couch. Or settle down in the fully-finished basement space, complete with a bartop and another 50-inch flat screen to catch your favorite sports team's upcoming game. The Pearl sleeps up to nine guests. The second and third upstairs bedrooms come complete with plush queen beds in addition to one twin daybed. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the cost of $450.00 plus taxes and fees. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation. This ensures the home stays fresh and well cared for throughout your stay. • Dog-Friendly (Dogs Only) We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a non-refundable fee of $100 plus taxes and fees per dog. Any dog added after the booking is confirmed will be managed through the resolutions center.. We kindly ask that pets remain off furniture and are not left unattended unless crated. • Other Pets: Dogs are the only pets permitted unless otherwise approved. If you would like to bring a cat, you must receive prior approval from both the homeowner and property manager.
