Guest Suite w/Bath, Kitchenette, Separate Entrance

Lovely private one bedroom suite, private bath, kitchenette just 4 miles from beautiful St. Augustine downtown and 6 miles from St. Augustine Beach. The space You will have your spacious private suite area with your private patio. You have access to the suite through backyard gate which is right next to the driveway. Guest access We have two Siberian Husky dogs; Ace and Appa. They don’t bark and are friendly. Our dogs live in the backyard and most of the time they are out of their cages. You will be able to access the entire backyard for walking or sitting. My family also uses the backyard. You will have a private patio that is only for your private use with entrance from the guest suite. The guest suite entrance is via our backyard gate which is next to the house driveway. Other things to note We have backyard chickens/hens.
