The space You will rest in a recently refurbished property with frontal views of the Mediterranean and a terrace that will make your stay a unique experience. Inside the property you will find two bedrooms (one double and one single with two beds), followed by a living-dining room with a sofa-bed that can accommodate one more guest. When it comes to cooking, you will have a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Continuing along the corridor you will find a full bathroom to wash off the salt after a good day at the beach. Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail so you won't miss anything: floating floor, smooth walls, air conditioning, ceiling fans, wifi, smart tv and netflix. Guest access You will enjoy one of the best areas of Santa Pola while staying in a community of neighbours less than 150 metres from the beach. Other things to note The flat is located at the foot of a mountain, please note the presence of stairs. It will be necessary to identify yourself before entering the flat, as required by Spanish regulations. Before arrival, a refundable security deposit of €400 will be required. Alternatively, the guest may opt to pay a non-refundable damage insurance fee of €35, which will cover potential incidents up to a maximum amount equivalent to the stated deposit.
