Aloe Maresole - seafront apartment

Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves, with the Tyrrhenian Sea literally at your doorstep. Staying at Aloe Maresole means experiencing the authentic essence of Sicily, with the privilege of direct beach access. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Gulf of Castellammare, this apartment boasts an enviable location, allowing you to easily explore the wonders of the area—from San Vito Lo Capo to the Zingaro Nature Reserve and Scopello, all the way to the charming coastal villages. The space Aloe is located on the ground floor with a side entrance of our complex of apartments , in the heart of the Gulf of Castellammare, with dicrect access to the sea. The apartment is 120 square meter and it’s composed as follows: Entrance to a open-plan living room kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine (capsules), kettle, TV, sofa, iron, washing machine and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. At its entrance there is also a large veranda equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, where guests can comfortably eat together and relax. In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds while the other with single beds. The arrangement of beds for 2 rooms can be changed according to the needs of the guests, that must be communicated in advance. There is also the possibility of adding additional beds. Upon request, we also have baby cots available. Every room is equipped with bed linen. TV’s only in the living room. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower, which are furnished with hairdryer and towels for guests. Air-conditioning is located in the living room which is able to refresh the entire apartment. In addition, every room has ceiling fan. Wi-fi is available and included. The apartment overlooks a shared courtyard with private parking for 1 car. Also present in the coutyard is a barbecue and open-air showers for all guests who come back from the beach. With regard to the beach, we inform that we provide umbrellas, small deck chairs and beach toys for children, which are obviously free of charge. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your disposal during your stay. The only area shared with the other guests will be the front courtyard with the barbecue area, parking and outdoor showers for those guests who come back from the sea. In the apartment you will find everything you need: sheets and blankets, towels and soap, hair dryer, washing machine and iron. In the apartment there is both air conditioning ( conditioner located in the living room), heating and of course Wi-Fi. Reaching the apartment is really simple, as it is just a few kilometers by car from the "Alcamo Est" motorway exit. If you arrive in Sicily from Falcone Borsellino Airport in Palermo or from Vincenzo Florio Airport in Trapani Birgi, the apartament is respectively 25 and 40 minutes away by car. Other things to note - Check-in is always from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before 4:00 pm or after 8:00 pm are possible but must be arranged in advance. Check-out must always be within 10:30. - Services such as restaurants, bars, mini-market are within easy walking distance from the apartment. For any further need, the city of Alcamo is only a few minutes away by car. - Small pets are allowed to stay, always with prior notice to the apartment owner. - A city tax of €1.50 per person must be paid at check-in.
