This place is centrally located. It is located in the middle of Oslo and Kristiansand. The house is located 4 minutes from E18. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Good sun conditions, with sunset until late in the evening. The house is close to the archipelago. We recommend a short bike ride to "Mulevarde" for an evening swim or a walk in Brevik and Langesund not far away. There you will find narrow streets and pleasant restaurants, boating and ice cream parlors. There are many hiking opportunities in the area, the coastal trail is widely used. The space The house is on three floors. The main floor with entrance has a bedroom as well as a children's room with lots of toys. Bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room. The top floor has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a TV living room. The lower floor is a laundry room, with otherwise private area/storage.
