Key collection takes place at our Norddeicher Str. 55 office in the north. Other things to note The bungalow is located on a 435 m² plot of Pelikanstr. in the immediate vicinity of Dörper Weg as well as the park and recreational facilities. It has a living area of about 80 m² and can accommodate up to 5 people. In just 400 m you can reach the promenade and the beach, the spa and leisure facilities. The large, bright living and dining room is modern. It is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and a 4K smart TV. There is also a DAB radio. A dining area has been integrated into the bright, friendly living room. This can be used with up to 5 seats. The fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer (each with coin insertion): This bungalow has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe, one with a single bed and a wardrobe and another with 2 single beds. All three bedrooms are modern and cozy and a stone floor has been laid. You will also find a modern, bright bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the living room you can access the covered terrace, the fenced garden and the garden house. The partially covered terrace is equipped with seating and reclining furniture and faces south/east. The large garden is not visible and completely fenced. It invites you to rest and is lockable. Linens and towels are not provided in the vacation home. However, this can be booked for a fee.
