The kitchen, dining room, and sunroom are great spaces for those intimate family meals and morning coffees. The kitchen has been stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare meals while on vacation. The large (8-person) dining table can seat all of your family & friends for gatherings. The outdoor space is a wonderful area to enjoy the sun under the 80 year old live oak. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV & WiFi. Beach towels & chairs are available for those days at the beach! Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home. Parking consists of a driveway (1-2 cars) as well as off street parking located on the side of the home. Other things to note Please note, this is a NON-SMOKING / VAPING home & property, thank you for honoring our space. The fine for smoking on the property is $300. No parties are allowed. The Town of Mount Pleasant has a noise ordnance in effect from 9pm till 7am.
