The space Our mission is to make you feel safe while you travel and we take that very seriously. That’s why we use medical grade disinfectant between each guest, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. The open-concept living area features stylish furnishings and plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying them together. Retreat to the comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for a restful night's sleep. The 2.5 bathrooms provide convenience and privacy. Remote workers and students can utilize our high speed internet from around the house. Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls, and utensils. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the great room without missing a beat. Then enjoy meals at the dining table. Start your mornings with complimentary coffee & tea! Comfortably enjoy the main level primary bedroom. The upper level features three other bedrooms including two rooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well. Don’t forget to spend some time outside in our spacious backyard and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. The yard is fully fenced in. Approved pets are welcome! Our one car garage, driveway, and street parking provides plenty of options for guests. Guest access Guests have private access to all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the garage, driveway, and on the street. Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible. Other things to note The home is friendly to pets (Dogs), pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay (max 3 pets) to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, we reserve the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance. Please make sure they don't sleep or get on any furniture (beds, couch, tables). There will be extra fee if there is excessive pet hair or any damages.
