The space To access the villa, you need to go through a large gate. After passing through the wrought metal gate, you'll find a path going up to the house towards the garage. As you can see in the photos, the house is divided into several rooms that are spread over 3 floors. To connect those 3 floors, you can use both the stairs and an elevator. FLOOR -1 - A gym available with professional machines (we ask for responsible use of the gym) - The garage with manual access through the gate GROUND FLOOR On the main floor, you will find the following rooms: - A large entrance with stairs to go up to the top floor - On one side of the entrance, a large living room with 2 white sofas, armchairs to sit and enjoy the company - A large dining room with 16 chairs - On the other side, another smaller living room with a sofa and two armchairs, and a Smart TV - A more cozy dining room with 8 chairs - The kitchen - Two bathrooms - 1 bedroom with 2 single 90x200 beds - Rooms with household cleaning and maintenance equipment TOP FLOOR - Master bedroom with a 200x200 king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom (with a shower and a bathtub) and a dressing room - Second bedroom with a 150x200 double bed, and an ensuite bathroom - Third bedroom with two single 90x200 beds together (no ensuite bathroom) - A fourth, more youthful bedroom with a 130x200 double bed, an ensuite bathroom, a dressing room, and access to a balcony - A fifth, more youthful bedroom with a 130x200 double bed Additionally, the property has "the pool house." Perfect for organizing outdoor/indoor meals thanks to its summer dining room and a practical auxiliary kitchen with storage and refrigerators (no stoves). You can also use an outdoor shower in summer for leisure and relaxation in the pool area. It is an exceptional, warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access Guests have access to all the rooms listed in the description. Some areas of the basement are off-limits and will not be accessible during your stay. Towels, linens, and hand soap included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of amenities. Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions. The house has air conditioning through a centralized duct system and also has heating with a centralized radiator system. Both are controlled from a thermostat located in each room. For winter, the temperature can be adjusted between 19º and 23º, it is not possible to raise to more than 23º on the thermostats. The pool is private, with exclusive access for you, but it is not heated so it is not usually used outside of the summer months. For both the garden and the pool, maintenance staff come by every Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to write to us. If you come by car, you will have access to the enclosure where you can park up to 5 cars outside and up to 5 cars inside the garage.
