On the ground floor there is a living room with television with IPTV programme and seating, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining table for 8 people and 1 double bedroom with bathroom, while on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each room has air conditioning and TV with IPTV programme, as well as its own terrace and large beds of 180x200. In addition to IPTV programs, the television offers HBO and Netflix. PlayStation S5 and an electric scooter are also at your disposal. The villa sits on a 1050 square meter plot with a beautiful garden and a private pool where you can relax. Saltwater pool is 52 m2 big. Just a few steps away is the covered patio with outdoor dining area and gas grill, the perfect place for a family gathering where you can all prepare delicious meals together and enjoy your family vacation. There is also a garden with Mediterranean plants and a children's playground. The parking lot in front of the house offers space for 6 cars, as well as a charging station for electric and hybrid cars. Pets are on request allowed.
