The Old Barn Annexe is a cosy 1 bedroom single storey holiday home in West Runton, on North Norfolk's beautiful coast. With private parking and an easy five minute walk to the beach, the property is a self contained, private annexe of the owners house. Accommodating up to two guests and a pet this is a perfect holiday home for singles, couples and their small to medium size dog and provides a relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience all year round. The space With it's own private, separate entrance to the side of the owners property, the front door opens into the sitting/dining room. Finished in a cosy, contemporary style with a natural flint wall and wooden flooring, the sitting area is furnished with two comfortable armchairs to provide a cosy and comfortable place to watch TV, read or just relax during your stay. There is a Smart TV with access to all the usual channels and Netflix. A dining area with seating for two and a velux window allows lots of natural light. A doorway from the dining area leads to the generously sized, dual aspect master bedroom with a king-size bed and plentiful wardrobe space and drawers. All luxury bed linen and hand and bath towels are provided and all our beds are furnished with hypo-allergenic 7.5 tog duvets, micro-fibre pillows and mattress and pillow protectors. From the bedroom you enter a well fitted kitchen area. An undercounter fridge, single oven/grill and microwave and a four-ring gas hob provide all mod-cons and we’ve made sure to make your stay as comfortable as possible by supplying lots of cutlery, crockery, glasses, cookware, pots and pans (we operate a “who wants to worry if there are enough clean cups or glasses while you are on holiday” policy!) Pets are also made especially welcome with food bowls, a treat jar and dog towels provided! Off the kitchen is a fully tiled shower room with a large shower cubicle, sink and loo and a large heated towel rail. To the front of the house there is a designated off road parking space for one-car. Guest access The whole annexe for the duration of your stay.
