We are 20 mins from the airport and 34 minutes from downtown with plenty of entertainment within 10 minutes and many restaurants within 5 minutes. The layout of our home includes a living room area, formal dining, a sitting room, a kitchen with a gas stove, and the master bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The highlight is a cozy outdoor space with a private pool and hot tub that overlooks the private pond. The max occupancy is 10, large gatherings are not allowed.
