As soon as you come up our driveway, you'll notice the views of the mountains across the way and feel nestled in a verdant, forest-like setting. We hope that you and your guests enjoy the calm, serene, peaceful vibe of this neighborhood and our home. As you come up the front staircase, you'll find yourself on a wrap-around deck balcony with space to enjoy the amazing views. Step into the home's open-concept living space, where the living and dining areas are divided by a central stone hearth. In this living area, a well-placed picture window allows you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings from indoors. At night, you can watch your favorite shows and movies on the high definition smart TV while lounging on a comfortable leather sofa, loveseat, or plush oversized chair with ottoman. The dining area features a table for six, illuminated by two windows that offer lovely views. There's also a dedicated coffee and tea station for lovers of tasty brewed drinks. Adjacent to the dining area is the airy, sunny kitchen with a cozy breakfast nook table for two by the window. The kitchen is well-designed with plenty of counter space, cabinets, and fully stocked with the cookware, servingware, cutlery, kitchen tools. Our kitchen has a full-size range, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also provide high quality dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, ground coffee, creamer, a variety of teas, honey, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. On this level, you'll also find two bedrooms and one bathroom, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower and a sink vanity with storage. Head downstairs to the ground level for the game room, featuring excellent full-size foosball and air hockey tables. There's a full bathroom on this level with a tub and shower enclosure. The third bedroom on this level has its own HD smart TV, king-sized bed, dresser, two closets, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Guest access You and your guests will have the entire home and property to yourselves! You will enjoy the seclusion and privacy of our cabin. You will enjoy nothing but unimpeded, wide-open views of the mountains. Our front deck and porch are perfectly situated to capture the maximum amount of sun. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or to visit with friends and family while enjoying the Rocky Mountain air and plentiful sunshine. The area teems with wildlife. Mule deer, coyotes, rabbits, foxes, racoons, and even bears are common to see around the property. (Please be respectful of the wildlife!)
